Technical Counsel
Hydrosphere has a reputation for providing litigation, mediation and negotiation support of the highest quality. In fact, all of our technical counsel work has resulted from referrals by previous clients. Our responsibilities have ranged from litigation support in state water courts to overall technical case management in support of the defendant in an interstate Supreme Court Decree dispute. In many of our litigation-related projects, our assignment has evolved from technical analysis to technical strategy and coordination.
