Hydrosphere is available to federal agencies via standard procurement methods and the General Services Administration. GSA offers streamlined procurement procedures for federal agencies wishing to contract with Hydrosphere.
Additionally, Hydrosphere is available to Reclamation offices through a Reclamation ID/IQ contract. Hydrosphere is a subcontractor to URS Corporation under contract 01CS20210H--Professional Services Contract for Water Resources and Environmental Planning. This contract is administered through the Mid-Pacific Region.
