Hydrosphere Staff
Jodi A. Clark
Senior Staff Engineer
Ms. Clark has 10 years' experience in hydrogeology and water resources investigations. Her specialties include groundwater modeling, aquifer characterization, analysis of stream/aquifer interactions and groundwater and surface water field studies. Her recent projects include: development of a groundwater model to support conjunctive use water supply planning in Colorado, water demand studies for a number of New Mexico communities, groundwater salinity analysis for the Roswell Basin in New Mexico, and irrigation well testing to evaluate surface water/groundwater interactions in Socorro, New Mexico.
In addition to playing a leading role in the development of the Denver Basin model, Ms. Clark has critical responsibilities in the development of two groundwater models in the Pecos River basin (the Roswell Artesian Basin groundwater model and the Carlsbad Area groundwater model) and linking these models with the Pecos RiverWare model. These models are being used to support the Pecos Consensus Plan and the Lower Pecos adjudication settlement.
Prior to joining Hydrosphere, Ms. Clark worked as a research assistant at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Her research has been published in numerous conference proceedings. She holds MS degrees in Geology and Mineral Engineering from New Mexico Tech and a BS in Geology from Appalachian State University.
