Donna R. Colville
Chief Operating Officer, Financial Analyst
Donna Colville oversees the management of the firm’s day-to-day business activities and is responsible for the design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm's products and services. Ms. Colville's tenure as Chief Operating Officer has led to significant improvements in the financial performance and efficient operation of the business.
Ms. Colville was previously the firm’s Controller, managing financial and physical resources along with organizing and implementing the policies and procedures for human resources. Since stepping into the role of COO in 2003, she has contributed to the company's strong growth by executing the Executive Board’s strategy, reducing costs and advancing employee satisfaction. Ms. Colville was also instrumental in the acquisition and establishment of Hydrosphere’s second office in Socorro, New Mexico in 1999 and continues to work with the Board to pursue opportunities for future expansion.
A 30-year veteran across the engineering, construction and manufacturing industries, Ms. Colville draws on extensive experience in accounting, finance and operations management, including ownership and operation of a small and profitable construction business in Colorado. She actively volunteers in leadership positions in programs and at the board level for various local organizations in her community.
Ms. Colville holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and a BA in Liberal Arts from Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota.
